At Linzer Ranch we take immense pride in delivering the highest-quality beef, cut thick and just right. Our ribeye and New York strip steaks are a generous 1½ inches thick, and our filet mignons are a solid 2 inches. If you’re looking for meaty short ribs for the smoker, each pack includes about four ribs. Our Flat Iron and Denver steaks are known for their bold flavor and tenderness.

We offer a wide variety of roasts, both bone-in and boneless, perfect for a hearty family meal or a classic Sunday dinner.

From steaks and roasts to ground beef and specialty meats, we provide a full range of cuts to suit every cooking style and occasion. We make use of the whole carcass, including organ meats, to help reduce waste and offer you something different to try. While we carry a few lesser-known cuts, everything we offer is selected to give you the best eating experience, whether you’re just learning or a seasoned grill master.

We proudly offer both American Wagyu and Angus beef, and we’re always clear about which breed each product comes from. Our specialty items include Beef Jerky, Hot Dogs, Link Sausage, Summer Sausage, and Beef Sticks, and they contain no sodium nitrates ever.

Most of our premium American Wagyu and Angus beef cuts are sold locally in Central Texas, but we also ship a limited selection nationwide. Be sure to check out our exclusive beef boxes in the online store.
